Ed Schwartz
Managing Partner

With over 25 years of food service experience, Mr. Schwartz provides the company direction, leadership and vision as the founder and Managing Partner of Eddie Black Food Group, LLC. Specializing in operating upscale cafes and corporate catering to the worlds leading companies.

Mr. Schwartz has an extensive background in sales and marketing and foodservice responsible for managing the companies growth into new and emerging markets. Mr Schwartz created a unique concept  called the "Kitchen-less Kitchen" allowing office buildings to provide foodservice and catering to tenants without building expensive kitchen facilities.

Mr. Schwartz has been involved in several public restaurant chains. Ed was one of the countries leading branding consultant specializing in assisting restaurant chains enter non-traditional markets to drive branded restaurant sales into; schools, arenas, colleges and other public venues. Clients included Coca-Cola, Kenny Rogers Roasters, Sizzler Restaurants, Johnny Rockets, Burger King, Wal-Mart, Target and many of the top 200 regional and national restaurant chains throughout the United States.

Mr. Schwartz is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and currently serves on the advisory board of several organizations. He was past Conference Director of the 1st International Prepared Foods Conference.

Mr Schwartz resides in Weston Florida with his wife and two children.                                       

Larry Edelstein:

Larry brings over 25 years of catering experience to Eddie Black having owned and operated one of the largest Private Jet Catering businesses in the country. From 1985 - 2008 Larry managed over 40 employees in two locations generating millions in annual revenue.

In 2008, Mr. Edelstein decided not to enter into a new long term contract with several Jet operators and joined Eddie Black Food Group to manage Catering and Cafe operations. "This is the first time I have had off on weekends and holidays in over twenty four year".
